Since 1998, Telecom Engineering has been providing products and services to our customers that include network engineering, project coordination, implementation, construction, and documentation on over 10,000 km of fiber networks and installation over 400 network nodes with 6700 network documents for customers throughout USA and Canada.

Our Satisfaction Guarantee:
If you are not fully satisfied with any of our products within the first 60 days after receipt, we will repair, replace or provide you with a full refund upon return to us of the products in good condition.
Our Lifetime Warranty:
For all of our passive DWDM Lite and CWDM Lite brand products, we fully warrant to the original owner against defects in materials and workmanship for the Lifetime of the product. If a product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect, we will repair the product without charge or replace it during the warranty period. This warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. Damage not covered under warranty will be repaired for a reasonable rate and a fee will be charged for return shipping.
